Having baby is such a glorious time. Whilst celebrating, us warrior women also have a lot of healing to do.
Remember to take care of yourself, get as much rest as possible, accept help, keep taking your prenatal vitamins & drink plenty of water! You can’t give from an empty cup. Taking care of yourself is so important to be able to provide your new baby with the best possible care. So by taking care of yourself, you are taking care of your family. ❤

Keep coconut oil on hand. It’s so helpful for so many things. When in doubt, use coconut oil. 😉
Breastfeeding mamas. Be sure to research what’s safe to use while breastfeeding. There are tons of online resources. I would typically google “____ while breastfeeding” Be that blank a certain essential oil, a herb or even food. I learned so much I would have never guessed just having google at my fingertips.
I’ve put together a bit of a collection from around the web for wonderful postpartum care & remedies. A few DIY options, some links to purchase natural products, some other helpful reading links to other remedies and a couple of my favourite go-to books. These natural postpartum remedies are excellent to help you get you all healed up after giving birth.
Have your partner, friends or family help make some of these up for you, or make them pre-birth so you have them ready when you need them.
