This is one of my talented 10-year-old son’s concoctions. They were quite tasty!

Big chunks of cherry amongst delicious creamy frozen yogurt. You could swap out the cherries for nearly anything. I think I want to try a pineapple coconut one. Mmm.

What You’ll Need

  • Cherries (he used a can of cherry filling) You can use fresh pitted, or any other fruit your heart so desires.
  • Frozen Yogurt (Or vanilla ice cream – your choice)
  • Coconut milk (Or your choice of milk)

I don’t have actual measurements because we kind of just tossed everything together. ^_^

In a large bowl, mix all of your ingredients with a silicone spatula until evenly combined:

You could blend this if you don’t like having the fruit chunks in your popsicles.

Scoop into molds, freeze overnight & enjoy!

We used the extra mixture as a frozen yogurt (or ice cream) topper. Mmmm.
