Foot and Ankle Pain Relief Recipe - Herbal Salt Soak

What you’ll need:

Cayenne is known to numb nerve and tension pains, as well as clove. Epsom salts will help pull out toxins and impurities. ~ This easy mixtures packs a punch of herbal healing! A word of caution though, with this recipe, a little goes a long way so please use sparingly.

You could also switch out the Epsom salts for Sea Salt, Dead Sea Salt, or Himalayan Pink Salt.

STEP 1: Pour your desired oils in the bottom of the container. I used my own mix of cayenne oil, about 10 drops of clove oil as well as a few drops of tea tree oil. A tsp full is plenty for a container this size. Cayenne is very strong.

STEP 2: Fill the container the rest of the way with Epsom salts. (with enough room left in the jar to shake the mixture together)

STEP 3: Shake, Shake, SHAKE!! ^_^ Until the salts are now a uniform colour and consistency.

So little steps, for SUCH a powerful foot soak!!

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: A little goes a long way with cayenne SO start small. Try adding 1 teaspoon of salts to your foot soaking bucket of hot water. Everyone has different levels of skin sensitivity. If it burns, rinse well with cool water immediately.

Be cautious of skin irritation, everyone reacts differently to everything.

Be sure to wash hands after coming in contact with the spicy mixture. & you may even want to wash your feet after, especially if you have pets who like to lick your toes. You don’t want them to burn their tongues. <3
