Oreo Stuffed Nutella Truffles

These little stuffed gems are awesome! I mean… Oreos, Nutella, truffles, chocolate candy coating, and sprinkles! Plus, no baking required. What more could you ask for, right? They look so fancy, don’t they?

Are you thinking about homemade goodies to give out on the Holidays? Well… you’re going to want to start adding these. If you can keep them in the house long enough.

You can even turn them into Oreo Stuffed Nutella Truffles Pops! Which would make great party favors.

Oreo Stuffed Nutella Truffles – Makes 18

  • 1 large package regular Oreos (or any chocolate sandwich cookies)
  • 1/2 cup Nutella (or any chocolate spread)
  • 1 (20 oz.) package chocolate candy coating (I used almond bark, found in the baking section)
  • sprinkles

Step One: Line a large baking sheet with a non-stick baking mat, wax paper, or foil. Place 15 Oreo cookies into a food processor, with the Nutella. Pulse until well blended and a moist consistency is reached.

Step Two: Shape into 18 balls, and place on a plate (You can use two spoons to scoop out, and place on baking sheet. Use one to scoop and the other to scrape off on the pan). Carefully, open 18 Oreo cookies. Place one Nutella truffle onto a cookie half. Top with the remaining half of the cookie. Gently, press cookie together. Refrigerate for 5 – 10 minutes.

Step Three: Melt the chocolate candy coating in a microwave safe bowl. Dip each Oreo stuffed Nutella truffle into the melted chocolate. Making sure to coat the whole thing. Place on a lined baking sheet, top with sprinkles. Allow them to become firm, before removing. Can be stored in an air-tight container, on the counter. Enjoy!

{Notes:} If you don’t have a food processor: Place 15 cookies in a baggie and finely crush into crumbs. Place in a bowl, and stir in the Nutella. Mix until well blended. Continue with step #2.

The regular Oreo cookies have more cookies in a pack. The specialty ones did have less cookies, in a pack. Make sure you have enough.

(To make them into truffle pops – After you have dipped and coated them in chocolate candy coating. Place them on the lined baking sheet, insert a popsicle stick on the side of the Oreo stuffed Nutella truffles. Once the sticks are inserted, I used melted chocolate to “seal” the base where the stick was inserted. Top with sprinkles, and allow them to firm up.)
